Presentation Guidelines

All educators and non-profit organizations are welcome to submit a proposal. Proposals will be accepted on a rolling basis starting January 1, 2017 - March 30, 2017. Accepted proposals will be notified by April 30, 2017.  All proposal submissions must specifically relate to globally enhancing K-12 teaching and learning. Also, you must Register for the conference if you plan to attend other sessions and eat lunch.

Presentations should be at least 45 minutes in length, and all sessions must be completed (including Q&A) within one hour. Sessions can be held face-to-face or through WebEx. If using WebEx, Lenoir-Rhyne University will send the presenters the link to access the session, and a tutorial on using WebEx. Presenters are responsible for familiarizing themself with the web conferencing platform.
